AC Milan will be without Alexandre Pato for the next 2-3 weeks due to a thigh strain. Milan are currently top of the Serie A table with 6 points clear of second place Napoli. With five more league games to go, the Brazilian will likely miss the matches against Brescia, Bologna, and Roma in addition to the semi-final against Palermo on Wednesday for the Coppa Italia. Get well soon, Pato!
MILAN: Amelia; Abate, Nesta, Thiago Silva, Bonera; Gattuso, Ambrosini, Flamini; Seedorf; Pato, Ibrahimovic.

Pato has been nominated for Samba de Ouro, which recognizes the best Brazilian footballer of the year. His Milan teammates Ronaldinho, Robinho and Thiago Silva are also nominated. The online voting will end Dec. 30 and the award will be given out in early February.

According to AC Milan’s official Twitter:
I asked them if Pato still aims to return after the holidays and they replied “Perhaps!” I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
Pato returned to Milanello today, he worked out in the gym and even watched his teammates during their practice for 10 minutes, according to ACMilan.com.
Pato suffered a hamstring injury in the match against Palermo on Nov. 10 and hasn’t been playing since then.
Pato is reported to be back after the holidays.
I will start focusing more on reporting news and the latest updates on Pato. Mainly because I’ve noticed a lot of the sites dedicated to him do not update as much for whatever reason.
Anyway, I will still posts pics of course but more news and I will have a new tab for news.
